Becky Gray is affectionately known as “the jelly lady.” She began making jams and jellies when she was about 10 years old, helping in her grandma’s kitchen. Grandpa always wanted jelly or jam on the table for every meal. Over the decades, she has made thousands of jars and lots of different varieties – as many as 75 cases worth in a year!
In this class, Becky will teach how to make blackberry jam and strawberry jam. Each participant will go home with two jars of their own – and tips, tricks, recipes Becky has developed over the last 60 years.
