New Harmony Music Festival & School Free Friday Concerts

Two free concerts on Friday — a pop-up concert over the lunch hour and an evening concert. Here are the details:

12:15 PM CDT Pop-Up Concert at the Working Men’s Institute, 407 Tavern, New Harmony, IN.

In this pop-up concert, there will be a Festival Solo Roundtable. Our festival artists will take a “music circle” approach; each artist sharing solo pieces or songs, and perhaps some stories to go with the pieces they choose!

EVENING

7:30 CDT: American Songlines at Murphy Auditorium, 419 Tavern Street

Festival pianist, guitarist and singer Ben Waldvogel literally “takes center stage” at the Murphy as audience members will be seated ONSTAGE for an up-close and personal music experience along with Ben and his fellow festival artists. This fine young musician is sure to please those with rock and roll souls or New Orleans roots. Toes will be tapping!
