The festival will be held in the historic district on Main Street between Church and North Streets and along Granary between Church and West Streets. Indoor booths will be available at the Granary. The festival will be held rain or shine. Only artists or artisans selling their own ORIGINAL works will be eligible to participate. No kits, dealers, or agents will be permitted. The Arts in Harmony committee will make all decisions for acceptance of participating vendors.
All exhibitors are required to provide a 10 X 10 tent for display. No exceptions in the outdoor display area. Indoor exhibitors will have approximately 10 X 10 display area at the Owen Rapp Granary. Tables will be provided for indoor exhibitors only. Food vendors are required to provide their own setup and proof of insurance, and will be located on Main Street from Church to North Street.
Artists must represent their own work during the show. Artwork must be original. No resellers will be accepted. Any vendor that attempts to resell will be asked to remove these items and no refunds will be given. Booth sharing is permitted; all artists must be listed on the application. The committee reserves the right to view each booth after setup and request that any work not up to standard be removed.
Each outdoor exhibitor is required to provide a 10 x 10 weighted tent. Tables will be provided for indoor exhibitors only. General Security will be provided from 7 pm on Friday until 4 pm on Sunday. Demonstrations of art or craft are welcome during the event.
All artists will handle their own sales. Artists should bring sufficient change for the weekend. There are no banks open in New Harmony on Saturday. There ATM’s available at both gas stations, The Yellow Tavern, and at Heritage Federal Credit Union. Set up will begin on Friday, June 1, beginning at 4 pm. No breakdown of display will be permitted before 4 pm on Sunday without the express permission of the Festival chair, Tony Treadway.
