RULES OF THE FESTIVAL

Booths will be arranged by categories. These categories will be:

  • Antiques/Vintage/Collectibles
  • Sweets and Treats
  • Arts/Crafts/Accessories

This will allow patrons to easily find the types of products they are looking for. Booth spaces will be assigned by category and the building structure as well as the needs of our participants.

Electricity is available to some, but not all vendors, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Only vendors selling unique, quality, or homemade items will be considered.

We do not allow mass merchandise vendors unless they are grandfathered in.

8’ tables are available to rent for an additional $10 but must be reserved ahead of time. 

  Vendor Set Up - Fri, 10-5:30 PM Sat., 7-9AM (by special request only).

To have your name printed in the brochure, you should have your registration in by Nov. 1.

We continue to focus on improving our advertising and in addition to press releases and rack cards, we also use social media, radio, newsprint, posters, banners, and electronic billboards. As vendors, being active on social media means you’re doing your part to promote, and it goes a long way in advertising the event!
