Laura Foster Nicholson Artist Talk- Tapestry

We are pleased to announce our new Artist Critique Series: Each month, starting in April, you will get a chance to hear an artist talk about their work. They will describe their inspirations and their creation process. Viewers will have a chance to ask the artists questions about their work. The program is designed to allow the artist and guests to get feedback to see how the public is reading their work and learn about each artist’s creative process. Laura Foster Nicholson invites artists and people who look at art in an inquisitive way to join in a conversation about a body of artwork, from methods and themes, for audience input on how they view these ideas and the artist's manifestations. This is a way for the artist to learn about how people understand and perceive what they are making; a serious conversation. The artist requests a respectful dialogue and is committed to being open to constructive criticism.
