Description

Beekeeping, also known as apiculture, has been practiced by humans for thousands of years.  It is the practice of maintaining bee colonies, usually in hives, for their honey and other products like beeswax. But beekeeping isn’t just about the products; it’s also about the vital role bees play in pollinating our crops and plants.  This program is free to the public and will be held at Thrall's Opera House, 612 Church Street, New Harmony, IN, 47631.
